That is what I have posted on the other thread and deleted after I read this one... I know you just started this topic but I'm waiting with bated breath for the 2nd part of the manual already.! :) And... Oh. No pressure, by the way! ;D ;D :D

There's something wrong with this strange download service. All my Firefox protection stopped it. When I attempted to get your file with IE, all I received is their wierd program which appears to be some download manager. Can you use another of the hundreds of free cloud services out there?
Don't know what is with download service. ??? I use Firefox 14.0.1 and all is fine.
Anyway, I upload that files on rapidshare.

Yes, there is the same files, part1 and part2 of manual.
I uploaded on rapidshare both files, P1 and P2. (A good backup btw!)
