I have installed Win XP October 2012, have installed MSE, but regarding the firewall, which one is recommended, or it's almost pointless installing a Firewall, since MSE can handle most of the threats.
I read somewhere that MSE works together with Windows Firewall and it doesn't requite any third party program.
firewall in ESET SmartSecurity is nice and good!
Those days You need firewall mostly to stop apps on Your computer to communicate with its creator and pickup some updates which You do not need!
i would recomend this togather (mse, zone alarm free firewall, malwarebytes) and mabe even superantispyware if u wanna get rid of adware crap and cookies stuff or whatever
