Yes, dear friend.
I tried the Arabic language pack..
It turned the whole system such as menus, tooltips, messages ..etc into Arabic.
But this is just an addition to the system not a replacement, so you can switch back to English again from Control Panel or from this Language Packs application.
But as you know, I don't understand any software in other than English. :)

My situation exactly! Whenever my sister-in-law in Mexico gives me her laptop to "fix it", it's all in Spanish and I have a very hard time with it. As you already know, Spanish is my first language just like Arabic is yours.

I remember once on the TV news they interviewed someone from over there. In the background there was a monitor with his desktop. It was the first time I saw the start menu and taskbar buttons on the opposite side. :)   Naturally I know this is because Arabic is a right-to-left language.  ;) ;D

To humbert: I only understand a few insults in arabic, and a few sentences with Allah. Not enough to speak with the specialist Maher anyway (im only fluent in french/english). I had hoped ahmad would speak in traditionnal arabic, which is universal, since gujjar is living in a far off, under developed country, and might not understand an egyptian jargon. Probably ahmad would have difficulties to understand a moroccan, the dialects of Pakistan are probably even more différent. In moroccan its salamalikoum, its seem a little different when written by gujjar.
As Maher said i set up viber. Still he didnt call. I know hes doing thousands of kilometers in the désert to work. If he wants he can come to paris. He needs to speak a little french though, and Will have to put aside the 5 prayers a day. Here the most difficult is not finding a job. Its finding an affordable flat. I could have a house in the countryside for what i pay here. But i prefer to live in 10m square and see the eiffel Tower. Plus I cant stand the old bags who have infested the rest of France.
As for ahmad he's probably too egyptian too leave. But he would deserve to live in zamalek or in Garden city, the richest areas of Cairo. This man has the wisdom of the magi.

As for harkaz, i'm afraid his country may know a rapid economic collapse. Today new riots took place in Athens.

I hope humbert has understood the situation in the US. The fed keeps printing dollars because its has become the only buyer of treasury bills, no one, no bank buys American treasury bills, knowing how much the US is indebted. Thats the reason why they wont stop printing money and why the dollars isnt worth anything.

To Scarface:

Some clarification about Arabic.. :)

What usmangujjar wrote was in the standard Arabic (Exact pronunciation) which everyone talks Arabic can understand it. And I replied to him with the same thing.

Any other Arabic jargon like Moroccan or Egyptian is actually the same as the standard Arabic but with a small or large deviation in the pronunciation of some words or phrases.. Like shortcuts in speaking.
However, I can understand Moroccan or any other Arabic jargon very well because they are very relative and I'm Arab in nature, so it's easy for me. But for other people who don't speak Arabic in nature, it may be difficult for them to understand public Arabic jargons, so it's better to speak to them with the standard classical universal Arabic.

BTW, what I mean with the standard Arabic pronunciation is the exact Arabic pronunciation of our Arab ancestors during the days of our prophet (Peace be upon him and all the prophets), and it's the pronunciation which we read the Holy Qur'an with.
So every Muslim Knows about the Qur'an will understand this standard Arabic because it's the exact universal one of all.

The true is I want to see every place in this world and also out of it. But simply, I can't because of - you know - MONEY.
At least, I see what I want in the documentary movies. I feel great when watching them. :D

Ok, i was mislead because formerly a moroccan told me it would be hard for him to understand an egyptian. But in France some of them are more french than arabic. This one was a real moroccan. He didnt have the french nationality, but spoke perfectly french and probably the 'Curan' was not his first concern.
On this forum, I see a lot of courage. Some of You can become prophets. Talk to the others about the economic collapse and tell them they can change, breeding some sheep and leaving their job where most of them dont produce anything. You wont change the society but some people Will think about it. Dont tell people everything Will collapse, theu wont believe You. Tell them some figures about the end of oil and our dependency on this system and they will listen.

Your English is bad?? Are you joking? I wish I could read and write Arabic half as well as you do with English. You should read some posts from many people - their grammar and spelling are horrendous - and their only language is English!

@humbert-
i  am not joking.
and can you tell me yout country & real name, i want to know it because you said I KNOW ARABIC HALF.....

About me. I was born in Cuba but have lived in America most of my life. I moved from Miami (Florida) to San Antonio (Texas) when I was finally able to sell my house and buy a new one here. And yes, humbert is my real name.  :)

If you think your English is bad, you haven't read some post from some people here. They're terrible. With them it's worse because they speak no other language.

PANZER24

Why are you still on XP? Are you stuck with an old computer that won't run anything newer?
