I need help regarding Windows Xp.
that when i installed your previous release of windows xp my windows works fins but there is an error that when i start downloading through any software all files downloaded completely except ".exe" file.and almost every exe stopped at 99. something.
and I have tried two or three different windows Xp but no luck.

you download exe files with internet browser or with IDM??
by default IDM does not download exe files, but you can download with IDM.
try to download with IDM.

I tried IDM too but there is some type of prob in windows xp that every file download seccussfully but at the time when i download .exe file my download stuck at 99.98 or something..
no problem in IDM because i tried downloading same .exe file through diff softwares like chrome & mozilla too But no Luck

For anyone wanting to download the latest updates after April's end of support, there is a neat trick to force WU to show the Windows POSReady updates to normal XP: Save this as a reg file and merge it to registry. Then restart and check for updates...

Create a. Reg
From here it is just copied and pasted and saved as txt entension. reg
and then only give click on it to add to the registry and set automatic updates
to the other look for microsoft windows xp

Question: is it ok if I just delete the $OEM$ folder from the USB drive instead if installing XP and then using the included .reg file? Talking about this:

iih -> Those XP updates until 2019 - who's writing them? Micro$haft isn't. Also, if getting XP updates until 2019 is as easy as a registry hack, then why aren't the 1 billion+ computers still running XP all doing it?

    First of all i would like to thank Mr.Maher for a great work.I'm a new member here and i'm a bit curious about mma2000's issue regarding his/her download problem.

Is his/her problem in anyway related to Mr. Maher's Windows XP SP3 integrated with MAY Update ISO file or maybe due to mma200's current setting on his/her PC after installing his/her windows XP?

I am not yet installing Mr. Maher's XP SP3 work but i want to know or rather confirm from everyone that his work is just fine.

it means that mma2000's 99% download stuck issue is isolated Sir?

I am going to keep Mr.Maher's  XP SP3 work (coz i think his excellent work is for keeps) and see to it  that one day when installed it on my desktop,it will work 100% full blast.
