QuoteDo you have any advice on how to get out of the 'Media Centre' edition and do a clean install?

Hey Beth, I Surfed The Whole Web For It But Couldn't Find The Appropriate File. Some Of Them Are Not Bootable While Some Of Them Are With 0 Seeds. The Direct Links Are Of Multiple Parts. If A Single Part Shows 404 Then It's All Lost. So, I Have A ISO Image Of It. I Shall Try To Upload It ASAP.

Hope You Can Wait Upto It.

i cant start my pc in safe mode if i attempt to start in safe mode its simply restrts in normal mode pls help me.
Probably your PC is infected with virus.[Run a full scan from your antivirus]
type "msconfig" without quotes in RUN and hit enter.
under the boot tab -> check safe boot and apply.
you will be prompted to restart and after restart you will be directly logging into safe mode. :)
To go back to normal uncheck the safe boot option.

Windows XP Media Center Edition is a version of the Windows XP operating system and is no longer being sold. So, it's outdated.

I Suggest You To Upgrade To Maher's Windows 7 Ultimate. It Also Has That.

Thanks for telling but there is always some problem I already tried installing MS Office 2010 and MS Office 2007 but it always shows me error which says some file like "ProPlus.WW\ProPs.cab" is missing although that file is present.

But when I installed Windows XP Home Edition non genuine version having MS Office 2007 included in it worked fine.
Anybody has solution for this problem?

Please tell me what to do as Using PowerPoint is so much important for me!

The Nawab

This Happens Usually Because Of The Corruption Of The File When Downloaded From Internet. Maybe Due To Some Internet Interruption. Kindly Refer This Post To Download A New Copy.

something like this used to happen to me before... & just as I lost all my hope in finding the reason, I figured out that my antivirus is causing It, after I disabled It temporary, It installed perfectly. you should give It a try.
