When is try to access my memory card the system says that "You need to format the disk in drive J;before you can use it"and when i click cancel it says "the volume does not contain a recognized file system.Please make sure that all required file system drivers are loaded and that volume is not corrupted"

Try using it on another PC.
If the problem stays, then your memory card is corrupted.

Try restoring your system.
On start type "system rstore".
