NO you need not install Windows once more 
You just have to run DAZ Loader once more, Thats all

i have a little problem. both 32 & 64 bit version

after i install windows, when first run IE 9, it shows "First Run Set Up Welcome Screen", after i save settings, then i re open IE 9 again, "First Run Set Up Welcome Screen" is showed again. i need to edit group policies to disable it.

can you check it ?

Is the 64 bit version of May 2012, because I can't see the title as M@y 2012 - its April 2012.

It is the May release. It's a larger file and has different hash numbers from April release.
I think Maher  has forgotten to change this bit of his template.It caused a little confusion on SA as well. LoL
Yes, it's a shame about MediaFire but if they are going to suspend the account within a day or two (and maybe report to MS) then what can Maher do?
