Options window opens - > select Edit - >Settings

Unmark Adjust sentence and word spacing automatically - >OK

* Microsoft Word 2007, 2010, 2013
Step 1: Click the Office icon on the left corner of the screen - >Word Options
Step 2: Open Word Options - > select Advanced, in Cut, copy, paste, select Settings

Settings window appears, unmark Adjust sentence and word spacing automatically - >OK
