How to discover a forum bot?

Hello again, comrades!

It looks like a wipe on our forum today, plague of internet comes here! It begun by Odlanyer22 (don't know, accidentally or intentionally).

I faced with that disaster before, in our russian segment of INet. And sometimes it made by forum bots. This is an AI, "speaking" programs, they connect to forum, analyse it content and creates many new topics with combined words from they DB and links to other sites (and ads, for make money to botkeeper).
So, how to discover a bot, how to detect, is account a bot or a man?
If account is a man, he will answer the questions in all themes, and if account is a bot, it will answer only in some themes and it can not answer on "human" questions.
So, lets post here the questions, which for AI are impossible to answer. We'll create a DB of them, and make a weapon against forum bots.

Maybe a bot, maybe a wiper, maybe a just over-enthusiastic guy. I don't want to offend or hurt him. Our suspecting must based on real facts.

I did passed on chemistry subject but I forgot on computing efficiency... 
For the reason I cant answer, then you'll conclude I am a bot? But dont worry, i am not offended... but rather, it makes me laugh.

Moreover, I cant be an attacker too for the reason, I am a Civil Engineering student and I know less bout codes. Wew!

And about my question - in 0.5l bottle of beer contains 4% of alcohol, i.e. 500ml/100%*4=20ml of pure C2H5OH. Vodka contains 40% of pure alcohol. In "stopka" (very small and beauty decorated glass) there is 50 ml of vodka, and it contains 50ml/100%*40=20ml of pure alcohol. So, 1 bottle of beer contains exact the same amount of alcohol as a "stopka" of vodka, and correct answer is "1 bottle".

Cultural differences! Lol!  Really never thought that someone don't know about percentage of spirt in alcohol drinks.

Anyhow, let's make another questions for bot checking? This must be very "human" questions, a bit strange, and a bit humorous.
