Windows 10 & subtitle workshop 6.0 don't go together well.
Maybe you should use subtitle edit, I don't have problems with it.
And maybe you could share your movies. If you have good 1080p brrip, you could upload them for the forum.
My problem is in hardcoding the subs permanently to the videos so that my subtitling in Arabic is not credited to someone else, or at least make that difficult to a certain point.
As to my movies, I have more than a terabyte of mostly 1080p torrents.
Though, I'm not translating/subtitling entertainment stuff, more like famous speeches, and documentaries. Now finalizing #2

If you or anyone else need English subtitles for something in Arabic (preferably decent knowledge which is scarce), I'm your guy!
I was thinking of doing a 4-part Aljazeera documentary on 9/11 called Danger Bells which is like no other in uncovering a huge part of the conspiracy, from the Alqaeda side. That info is still exclusive to that film.
On the American side, I would recommend Loose Change 9/11 Final Cut 2007 which up to this day hasn't been translated to many languages including my own. I'm copying & pasting from a transcript I found of the movie on the net to make English subs so that everyone else can translate it with ease to their respectful language.
