First of all, you need to install a Torrent client to be able to download the file.
This is a good one .. uTorrent.

Install it first, after that go to Windows Download Page and click "Get This Torrent" .. Now, choose uTorrent to deal with this type of downloading.

in uTorrent interface, specify where to download and then OK.

Wait until it finishes downloading completely, and leave it seeding for a while.

After that, you'll have an ISO file >>> To burn it, follow this tutorial.

I managed to create a cd with the iso.
Now I would like to format or remove any sign of virus,malware etc from my pc and install a fresh new copy.
Do you have any tutorial about that?

Hello David.

The best way I know is to use a rescue disk of an AntiVirus like Kaspersky.
Go here and you'll be able to download this rescue disk ISO file and articles about how to burn it normally on CD/DVD or USB.

I can still using my pc,  the problem is that the virus or malware etc, . that I got is giving me problems with access to files, installation, and basic operation. What I want is format completely C: and start with a fresh new xp pro, so I'll be sure that there are not more rubbish.

Simple mate...just insert your installation DVD of your XP copy and along the line it will give you option of reformatting your pc and you just choose accordingly.

the problem I had was in the bios, cd was not the first so did not boot. Now I solve the problem and I am installing xp.
I want protect this time my pc from virus,spyware,maleware etc.

use malwarebytes anti-malware and eset smart security...these are the best, i always use them mate.

I got a problem with the displays and also with the internet. Looks like after install the fresh copy i delete something.
I check on DEvice manager and I have a ? in "other devices" , and in this folder everything is with a " ? "
I got:
audio device on high definition audio bus  ?
ethernet controller   ?
sm bus controller  ?
video controller  ?
video controller vga compatilble  ?

I check on dell (optiplex 745 is my computer) and I dont know which driver need to download.

hi everyone
i have a problem. because my dvd rom did not work i had to repair my xp with iso.but the setup won't continue saying that there's a missing file.

C:\WINDOWS\system32\presetup.cmd - FILE NOT FOUND!
C:\WINDOWS\system32\setupORG.exe - FILE NOT FOUND!
(setupORG.exe - > Original windows Setup.exe)

POSSIBLE CAUSE:
1. "Presetup.cmd" not exist in the i386 folder on UXPCD
    "setupORG.exe" not exist in the i386 folder on UXPCD

2. Check your "Txtsetup.sif" in the i386 folder on UXPCD
---Txtsetup.sif: -------------------------------------

setupORG.exe = 1,,,,,,,2,0,0; must exist
presetup.cmd = 1,,,,,,,2,0,0; must exist

What I don't understand is how any personal data is in any way related to a previous version of XP? I'm assuming that by "personal data" you mean things like documents, pics, videos, songs etc. If the previous version of XP is installed anywhere, it's a simple matter of copying the files. Or did you mean something else?
