The video was "unavailable in your country". I could have downloaded it but decided not to. I'm glad you brought this up. I just bought an EV a few days ago, namely a Chevy Bolt 1LT. It was very hard to get and frankly, I got lucky. I LOVE IT!! I swear I'll never buy a gasoline car as long as I live! Chevy promised to install for free a "home charger", more specifically a NEMA14-50 receptacle that maxes out at 240V 50A. I'd still have to buy the charger. In the mean time I'm using the clothes drier's NEMA10-30 (240V 30A) receptacle with the appropriate charger. I also set up an account with EVgo and ChargePoint so I can use their chargers in case of emergency. The agency gave me a charger for use with America's 120V 15A outlets. It takes forever to charge so I use the drier until they install the NEMA14-50. I can continue to give you reason after reason why it's so awesome, but I'd have to list them all because they're so many.

I didn't see the entire video but a lot of what I saw is inaccurate and just plain false. Let's start with the history. Texas was Mexican territory in 1836. Mexico had every right to send it's army into Texas to remove the American invaders who were there illegally and eventually ended up seizing their territory. Also, nowhere is it mentioned that 9 Mexicans died defending the Alamo. Their names have been lost to history.

About those places you saw, I've only been to the Riverwalk and the Alamo. It is nowhere near as pretty and as uncrowded as the day I visited. I never heard of those parks or those other green places, let alone never been there. If they do exist you can bet borrowed money they won't be as beautiful as shown in the video.

Another thing: San Antonio is one of the country's most hispanic cities. False!! Here in SA almost everywhere you go you need to speak English. The vast majority of people here are Americans who speak little or no Spanish. By comparison, in Miami everybody speaks Spanish. In fact it's hard to find someone who doesn't. Los Angeles is not all that different from Miami with respect to language.
