I'm working with October 2011 release, but later, I downloaded February updates 2012 and installed them manually.

How often you format your PC [Just the C drive]

Good morning, buddy.

I formatted the C drive many many times in the beginning of learning about PC, because I was trying every XP I find. Then I was working with GHOST, when finding my PC slow, apply GHOST. BUT recently, I've installed the October release and since then, I didn't format the C drive or apply GHOST. Also, I'm working with Auslogics BoostSpeed to repair my system. Really it's very good and not heavy on system like TuneUp which I used to use.

Do you know how to make Backup & Restore. I saw it needs a external HDD for doing that stuff [Am I right & correct me if I am wrong.]. So do you have an external HDD, If yes, what capacity.
Just asking this because I always wanted to learn & use Ghost, But I can't try it on my PC as I am afraid I might do something wrong & then my Data may go in air.
Did you learn Ghost from a website if yes then please take the pains to share with me.

I would use Tune Up but it was not heavy on my PC. I was using the latest version 2012, what would you use?
Tune Up is not heavy unless & untill you are running it on a Low RAM.
