Do you mean the ad in the bottom left corner?
If so I don't know. Otherwise if it is any other ads, I believe that you have managed to do something weird. I have no ads except the ones in the bottom left corner.
Best of luck.

Ahmad

I'm working with the latest release of version 2 of µTorrent (2.2.1 Build 25302)..
It's working very nice, and I don't see any ads in its interface.

All of you -> Removing ads on µTorrent is easy. Check this link: http://www.wikihow.com/Remove-Sponsored-Ads-from-uTorrent

BTW, if you're using Bittorrent, do exactly the same thing.

We are never bored by your input. Remember we're here to help.

If you can't get rid of the ads completely, here are 2 alternatives: go here: http://thepiratebay.se/torrent/9725363/uTorrent_REPACK_3.4_Build_30635 and replace your copy of µTorrent with this. I haven't tested it but as you can see by the comments, people say it's a good file. Normally Maher doesn't like us posting torrents, but I guess this time he'll understand.

As an alternative you can use Qbittorrent. Get it at http://www.qbittorrent.org/. This is the one I use for Linux, and of course there's a Windows version also. It's a great alternative and of course, no ads.

I tried to install as Ahmad did, but I'm not quite satisfied cause not the latest build.
and never tried to get the repack, don't know who was repacking.
decide back to latest build and play around some settings, almost make-headache.
Finally i got lucky, My Screenshot (Live) Click here

Thank you all, that have guiding me.

Here is my setting:
Select the "False" value option below: (by doing -> option -> preference -> advance)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Applied on uTorrent Latest Build (3.4 build 30365)
--------------------------------------------------
- "gui.show_plus_upsell"
- "offers.sponsored_torrent_offer_enabled" (disables the banner ad which appears at the top of your torrent list).
- "offers.left_rail_offer_enabled"
- "gui.show_notorrents_node"
- "offers.content_offer_autoexec"

@cha cha cha -> Excellent work! You got it perfect! In fact, based on your advice and on your settings, I'm going to change from BitTorrent to µTorrent. I did get rid of the ads, but on the bottom windows part is blank space, almost as if to put an ad. I'm also impressed by how you got your download speed up. Congratulations!

BTW - although you didn't really need to do it, when you look at a torrent such as the one I mentioned, always check the number of people in the swarm and the comments. If you see many people and all sort of positive comments, chances are it's a good program.

See? I tried to teach you, and you ended up teaching me.  :)

Is your avatar also your picture?

i installed utorrent 3.4.
i am reducing download speed & upload, but it is still downloading with maximum speed,
how to force it to download with custom speed???

Why not go Preferences then Bandwidth -> Select zero for maximum upload and download speeds, then increase the number of connections. I use those settings and it flies.
