Looking to streamline Win 7 Ultimate + SP1 + current Update on the same disc

I can streamline Win 7 and SP1 to load on the same disc (thanks to you Big M) but I would like to add the updates for the big 1 disc shabang!. anybody have a link? or better yet a way they did it?

You can do this by yourself. On M$ TechNet there is a lot of articles about integrating SP1 and updates into a  Win7.
