Is this Home or Pro? The iso is about 4GB in size. Too big for both Home and Pro.

It has both Home and Pro. Stock ISO for W11 22H2 Moment 2 was 5.1GB. After removal of unneeded editions/apps and updates it was 4.6GB. It has updated boot.wim and winre.wim along with new dynamic updates which improve OS install experience.

I forgot to ask: is it preactivated?

No. My ISOs were never preactivated.

What activator do you use? There are tons of them out there. Most work. The only problem is they leave garbageware behind.

Note that a new version of windows 7 is available here: https://www.nomaher.com/forum/index.php?topic=14153.msg37204#msg37204

It was updated with newer software, such as newer versions of Winrar, Notepad++, Windows desktop Runtime... The iso is slightly smaller too.
I advise those who are still using it to download it (Windows 7 will probably be removed later this year).

I don't use any. I bought cheap keys from ebay and cdkeyoffers. Many youtubers(MLID,In-Depth tech review etc..) have coupon code for office and windows under 30$ with coupons. https://www.cdkeyoffer.com/microsoft-windows-10-pro-oem-cd-key-global.html?urd=win10 You can use 25% using coupon code:brokensilicon
Yeah most activators installs a task that rearms the trial period to bypass activation.
