You can see a piece of fish.

Is this a thinly sliced Tuna steak?

Shadow.97's answer is interesting and we are going to check if it is the appropriate response.
I bought a piece of Tuna fish. And you can see that the color is slightly different.

Once cooked, the tuna steak is served with fresh beans.

Actually, it's a thin slice of swordfish steak that you can see in the previous message. This fish has sweet flavor. It's often described as meaty and is known for its firm texture.
Tuna is a bit different since it has a stronger, more pronounced flavor.

The tuna I eat is the one that comes out of a can. It's almost always close to white. I had no idea tuna steak was that red color.

Does this tuna steak taste differently from the one that comes out of a can?

Actually, it was an albacore tuna loin. Usually, fresh tuna tastes juicy, and almost buttery in texture while most canned tuna taste a little bland. I think you should taste a fresh tuna dish and tell us which one you prefer.

You would have to cook it, wouldn't you? I don't know how to do that. Do you use a frying pan? If so, do you use oil? What do you put on the tuna as you're frying it?

I'd recommend a restaurant :)

You have to cook a raw steak of tuna indeed. It's pretty simple, you just have to cook it in a pan with a knob of butter.

Tonight, I'm going to present a new dish.

Look carefully at the photos below.

What is it? Is it a standard menu for aa1234779, humbert, Vasudev or harkaz?

Once cooked, this flabby stuff looks a bit different. Here, it was served with chickpeas.

Maybe shadow.97 has guessed what it is.

Many years ago as a child, my aunt used to cook liver that looked exactly like the picture. I'll never forget the color,  and it's close (if not identical) to the one on the picture. Is that what we're looking at?

I didn't exactly like it but I had to eat it. As a kid I had to eat what's on the table - no ifs ands or buts.

Well, it turns out you gave the right answer: it's a slice of veal liver.
