A few days ago, I told you to avoid sugar in this message: http://www.nomaher.com/forum/index.php?topic=1020.msg29495#msg29495
Here is another documentary to understand the danger: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XXF0DAfwdtk

But if you want to become obese and die at 40 of a good cancer, unfortunately I'm not your father (maybe you can consider me as a godfather though). Maybe you remember Gérard, I talked about him: he was living in Naples, Florida, and he was working as a car seller. He died suddenly at 58 after felling in a coma. He was pretty healthy but the doctors found out he had a blocked artery. When I visited him in 2000 in Naples, his wife was obese. And I remember he was drinking poisonous beverages like Sodas. There were even brands in the fridge that I didn't know (root beer?). Apparently they didn't eat a lot of vegetables and I'm not sure that the American are selling vegetables, its probably not profitable enough.

shadow.97, panzer42 and humbert are probably wondering how they can still eat chocolate if they avoid all those Mars, snickers and cookies filled with sugar. Well, you can find some chocolate with little sugar.

For example, in this one, there is only 1% of sugar.
Of course the cheap ones can contain up to 60% of sugar. They seem sweet, but are in fact tasteless. In some ways, we are being lied to about the nature of the food we buy. If there is more than 50% or 60% of sugar, they should call the product sugar instead of giving a deceptive name. That's the case for the famous Nutella for example.

someone regularly drinking coke and pepsi.

Apparently the same one, a few weeks later. Judging by his grim face, it's after the bilious attack.

Maybe some users of the forum, like Maher or shadow.97, think that I'm exaggerating when I say that mars or Oreo cookies are harmful to your health (if you are eating that too often).

So I browsed the site of Mars to check the ingredients of a Mars: http://www.marschocolate.com.au/products/mars/mars-bar-36g/
First off, we are learning that it's Halal and Kocher (I'm not sure that Jesus and the prophet Muhammad used to eat some Mars bars, but suddenly there are twice as many potential customers).
Then if we read the description, we can see this: Milk Chocolate 40%,  Nougat 33% and Caramel 27%. With a rapid addition, you can conclude there is no sugar in a bar.
But below we can see the percentage of sugar, and here comes the surprise: 57,1 gram (per 100g serve)! It means that in a bar of 36g you have roughly 21 grams of sugar, or 7 cubes of sugar. I mean, if I was putting 7 cubes in my coffee in a bar, while holding a conference on the forum, the users of the forum would think that I lost my marbles. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aN08iRrsPSs

What it actually boils down to is that you can do something if you want. I mean, if you want to look like big mama and keep eating those cheap American products, then you can keep buying them. The shareholders of Coke and Kraft foods like Buffet are earning a lot of money because sugar is cheap and the profit margin is high.
Or you can consider that you don't want to eat such products because they are crap. And the solution is the boycott. And if everyone does this, maybe there will be better products.

Note that I'm preparing the next windows 7 x64 with all the updates. It will be available by the end of the week (since I'm connected to a hotspot, the internet speed is awful).

Actually, I wasn't worried about you, in Sweden there are probably still some eatable products. And you are probably someone who has the mental ability to choose some good products.
But in the US and in many countries, even if you are not empty-headed, you don't have many choices. If you want to eat, you have the choice between mcdonalds, burger king, subway, taco bell or Wendy's.
After one month, you have the Taco bell stomach too, and after one year, you can still go to mcdonalds, with the walker to get around. And you probably noticed that besides humbert, there aren't many Americans on the forum, maybe they wouldn't bear what I'm saying, the people don't like when you are saying the truth, it's disturbing. If I was talking trash, I would be more popular, it's obvious.
If I was telling you: you should drink 2 bottles of Coca Cola and eat hamburgers everyday, that's good for you, that would be a positive message. Unfortunately, I don't want to tell you something I don't believe in.

Since I moved from Sweden, I've really learned how hard it is to eat healthy.
It is like, a real difficulty finding fresh food for a decent price, that isnt sugary/sweet.

The prices of vegetables, and fruit is high.

I've also noticed, that alot of the local produce here, lasts only a few days. They taste much worse, and are more expensive.
And let's not even get to the water.
The water here makes me want to avoid drinking it all together. Meanwhile in Sweden I just didn't enjoy it much, but I didn't mind having a glass now and then.

I'm afraid you may have gone to the UK or the United States. In both cases, it could have a negative impact on your health if you're not paying attention. You are probably not in France anyway, where you can still find some good vegetables on local markets. in 2001, I remember I spent the summer in the UK, near Norwich, and I was living with some people who were eating essentially junk foods. And yet they were not destitute, nor mentally deficient. And they weren't even fat (But the neighbours were obese). The rule was simple: you had to 'help yourself' if you wanted to eat. And the cupboards were filled with crisps, nutella...
As for the water, I can't imagine that in Sweden you were only drinking either good wine (a good claret) or sodas, if you were avoiding water. If you are in the countryside (in order to avoid the economic collapse), the water could be calcareous. For that, you can use water-softening agent in granular to powder form.

Here is a video with Trump bragging about himself to the United Nations. The UN laughed.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9nIhBZqZBmQ

President Donald Trump's touting of how his administration has accomplished more than any -- yes, any -- past administration in its first two years is one of his most consistent applause lines in his campaign patter.
"In less than two years, my administration has accomplished more than almost any administration in the history of our country," Trump said, as he does.
"So true," said Trump, clearly caught by surprise by the laughter. "I didn't expect that reaction, but that's OK," he added to more laughter and some applause.

Which makes some sense given that the claim seems, on its face ridiculous. There was Abraham Lincoln's management of the Civil War, Ulysses Grant's stewardship of the country through Reconstruction, Woodrow Wilson's work to repair the world community following World War I, Truman's work to do the same post-World War II, Ronald Reagan's steering of the country though the Cold War ...

And it dwarfs Trump's accomplishments which, at least on the world stage, are at best incomplete at the moment. By the way, he didn't talk about his decision to pull the United States out of the Paris Climate Accords and his trade fight with China. As for the rate of unemployment in the United States, economists don't believe the situation is so bright: https://www.forbes.com/sites/eriksherman/2018/05/05/sure-unemployment-went-down-because-the-number-of-people-working-did/#238cf4d1408b

What makes Trump so dangerous isn't the simple fact that he lies, but that he believes his own lies. He is an narcissist par excellence. The truth is he is a disgrace to this country, if not the world.
