Seeing that you seem to be quite into movies, are you also into books?

I've been trying to force myself to read more. It's not going well. I need to increase my reading comprehension to learn to take in information in a more effective way.

I picked up 'Before the coffee gets cold' yesterday and started reading.
After 14 pages. Including white pages, I had to recap multiple times to make sure I wasnt missing important details.
I also keep zoning out and having to re-read pages due to that. It does get tiring. But I need it.

If any members are avid book readers with information I could see a need for a new topic to be created. For now I feel it's OK to be here, as many times books and movies go hand-in-hand.

I used to read when I was younger, but unfortunately I stopped reading altogether (I read newspapers insted).
I liked geography books, the books of Emile Zola (Les Rougon-Macquart series) and notably "the Beast within", a book that you should try. I used to read some books of Agatha Christie too, like "Ten little niggers" or "Evil under the sun", I have the latter in English among the few book I keep with me, an excellent book. If you can read books in Spanish like me, I advise you to read "La noche boca arriba" and La puerta condenada" by Julio Cortazar. Finally, I advise you to read The Metamorphosis By Kafka.
And If you aren't afraid of getting bored, you can also try the remains of the day of Kazuo Ishiguro.
Note that I can't stand Proust who is heavy, prolix and wearisome. But if you like the wordy style, you can try "In Search of Lost Time", a novel in 7 volumes.

Tonight, the legendary movie "For A Few Dollars More", by Sergio Leone, is available on the forum.

For A Few Dollars More is it not an American movie but an international co-production among Italy, West Germany, and Spain. It was shot in Spain, and released in 1965 in Italy, with the original title "Per qualche dollaro in più", and the film was only released in 1967 in the United States with the title "For A Few Dollars More".
This movie was a real success, and after its release, the profession of bounty hunter became the choice of occupation of Spaghetti Western heroes in films like Arizona Colt, Vengeance Is Mine, Ten Thousand Dollars for a Massacre, The Ugly Ones, Dead Men Don't Count and Any Gun Can Play.

In English, with many available subtitles.

Today, a new Australian movie, titled Disclosure, and released in 2020, is available on the forum.

Disclosure is a well-acted and thoughtful film that could easily have been a play but does a lot with its single location and minuscule cast and budget. It deals with a single afternoon in which two couples clash in increasingly ugly ways over an accusation made by one of their children against another.

In English with Arabic subtitles.

Note that I uploaded a new, smaller version of the movie "Raw", which is available here: https://www.nomaher.com/forum/index.php?topic=1023.msg29472#msg29472
This movie is not a masterpiece, but this is one incredibly muscular piece of filmmaking, marrying visual poetry with slow-burn horror. Note that  there are hardcoded English subtitles.

Tonight, another movie is available on the forum, titled Unwritten obsession and released in 2017 (it is a repost).
Unlike cypher, terminator 2 or Alice in Wonderland, this movie might not be a masterpiece, but I was pleasantly surprised when I watched it.
You'll find below a hi-def link, maybe the confined friends like humbert or usmangujjar will enjoy this little thriller.

Note that I'm looking for the full Blu-ray of this movie to make a Blu-ray rip. If you have a link, tell me. I'm trying to re-encode more movies and I'm going to post a new link for a Brrip of 1408 soon too.
When you are using the best settings, it gives the best results, for a decent size (you can download Raw to see what I'm talking about). A few years ago, I remember I was talking about it with Ahmad. https://www.nomaher.com/forum/index.php?topic=1026.0
Btw, I hope Ahmad is fine, we have not seen him for a long time, those were the days.
