Hello TheodorE. 

For RAM problem, My cousin runs windows XP 32 bit with 4G RAM ;;;
It reads only 3.15 G.

I think it's normal.

Now i installed windows 64x with 4GB, and reads only 3.85. Are good But i don't know if it works with windows 7 32x or windows xp sp3 ! Any know about windows xp ? if he know please reply my post. Thanks again and sorry for my english bad. Later or tomorrow, I'll post some pictures of my BIOS.

PS: @Ahmad what windows xp use your cousin? Can give me please ?

Post pictures of my bios because don't find what you say humbert, about that :

" Theodore - concerning your RAM, never mind what Windows reports -- go into your BIOS and check the memory it's seeing and how it's distributed. I'm thinking [for example] that if you have 4 1-GB DIMM's in there, your board might say it sees only 3, which would now make perfect sense as to what Windows is seeing for the reasons I explained. Assuming this is indeed the case, simple trial and error will tell you which DIMM is either not properly installed or just plain needs to be replaced. "

My cousin runs Windows XP 32 bit SP3 (Original untouched) but it doesn't matter what type of XP 32 bit, Any XP 32 bit will read the same.

Inside Windows >>  It reads 3.15 GB of RAM.
In BIOS >> It reads 4 GB of RAM.

So, RAM are inserted correctly.

Note that ASUS & Gigabyte websites say that the motherboard may read 3GB or less in case of using 32 bit OS and for that, they recommend 3GB of RAM in case of using 32 bit OS, so rest assured it's normal when using 32 bit OS.
