Note that I'm probably going to release a new, smaller repack for Battlefield 3. If some of you can't download with uploadfile.net, I can also upload to transfernow.net. It seems the download speed is better (but the file is only available for 6 days). Vasudev told me a few years ago he had frequent power outages, and in spite of his good connection he can't download the files I put on the forum.
Besides, if some of you, like Usman or aa1234779 have interesting photos, comics, or anything else, you know you can upload them here. For the moment the administrator Maher accepts them. It's not the case on many forums. On darkumbra.net there are many programs, but most of them are useless. For information that's where I found the latest edition of virusscan enterprise, I couldn't find it anywhere else (but nobody talks). And for those who want games there is the site of fitgirl (I made few repacks - because I only have a dozen of games), but mines are probably better.

A new repack is available on the forum, call of duty modern warfare 3.

Sp only, English only.
The progress bar is now working during all the installation.

The game is not available any longer.

Well, I' going to answer aa1234779.
This picture could have been taken in the flat of abaaoud with a member of the GIGN (I'm not sure he had a view of the Eiffel tower though).
But we are probably facing some crisis even if we are not aware of that yet. As far as France is concerned, there is a deteriorating social climate in Paris. There is also a migrant crisis (they are "expelled" by the police and they come back a few hours later). And above all, even if we are stopping pollution in the world altogether, the 2 degrees temperature rise is now unavoidable, maybe 4 or 5 by the end of the century according to the forecasts of the IPCC. And the average is not important. Weather and climate are chaotic systems. If temperatures are rising, it means that extreme temperature will be more frequent. Imagine that by the end of the century, we have regularly 2 days with temperatures above 50°C in France (45 degrees are frequent, in summer). Nothing can withstand such temperature. So agriculture would be dead. Most of France would become a desert. That's what a few specialists are now saying.
If you can try to go to a place where there are animals, like goats, birds, fishes, baboons...It means there is food. It's the case in Palestine, Papua, and probably in a few regions in Africa like Senegal or Egypt.
If you see some imbeciles with big cars, it means that this society is superficial and highly dependent on oil, the economic collapse will be all the more significant.

Note that an updated, lite (reduced with rebase by harkaz) version of windows 7 x64 sp1 will be released soon.

I agree although I would add that I see both pictures are wrong in the first place.. Anyone who  perpetrates such horrible acts on humanity is a criminal no matter the ideological background nor race.
It's always right for nations to decide on what is deemed necessary for our lives in real referrendums and elections and the rule of just laws and not have any ideology enforced on them and their kids whether right or left, religious or secular.
People of the world can work out great solutions for our race and win the race between us and looming destruction if we don't reform in unity the ideals that all nations hold dear without exceptions like as you said for example better laws & enforcement globally for saving the environment, protecting what's left and hopefully reversing the harm done to our earth.. Many other things should follow in a global rights unity movement that will not be loved by big imperialist corps for sure among many.
It's better to search for good common grounds among nations and people to take it upon themselves to save our planet.
The environment and human dignity are red lines in many decent cultures around the world I don't claim it as an invention of my religious teachers but a reafirmation of previously known facts by teachers of the same 'good' pattern.
To go further, people could look onto calling for a global minimum wage that states and companies cannot go below in wages.

Shame how many Noble prize winners would not be involved in such a global effort by the people and for the people.

Heck.. a reader could say "these are definitely the writings of a madman"  ;D

Downloading it right now.  Thanks. My second SF repack download.
happy to be useful for at least one user.

Note that I've one more game I'd like to repack. It's Crysis 3. Another FPS, but it's original.
The problem is files are encrypted and the compression is poor. I will see what I can do.

No available data for game downloads since W10 eats up majority of bandwidth.

I don't understand what you mean. Is bandwidth a byword for RAM?. But maybe you should install windows 7 since there is no big difference between the 2 Os. I remember that Vista was pretty bad as far as RAM management is concerned. I don't have such problems with windows 10. But I have a pretty good configuration too. It would be probably slower than windows 7 if I had only 2 or 4 Gb of RAM, since there are always more -useless- features.

I really meant Data balance. I only get 70GB, half of it are used up by OS updates, remaining for web browsing, downloading files etc.. Until 100GB is affordable I have to limit game downloads or even Visual studio IDE downloads.

Well, I remember I checked this game and the installer worked. Guess what, I tested it and I had the same error, stuck at 80% (the end of the extraction of setup1.bin, see code below).
Then, I switched the names of setup1.bin and setup3.bin...it worked till the end. You can do that too, the installer can extract the files in any order. But the progress bar will be a bit broken (If you are switching setup1 and 3 names, you have 2% for the biggest file of the game. Doesn't really matter though, it was a question of minutes on my computer).
Srep 3.9 is randomly causing errors. I'm not sure it's always stopping well once the files are extracted. And then it seems the installer is not extracting the following bin files. (that's why when I can I don't use it, in this game it's only used in the 1st bin file, the others are using a powerful LZ based archiver, adding srep was not giving a better compression (usually the case for standard files such as dll or exe). I had the same error with the evil within2, if you are switching names you can install the whole game. And sometimes it works without that. But for sure the bin files aren't corrupt.

if not ShowChangeDiskWindow ('Please Insert Disk 1 To Continue..', ExpandConstant('{src}'),'Setup-1.bin') then break;
if not ISArcExtract ( 0, 80, ExpandConstant('{src}\Setup-1.bin'), ExpandConstant('{app}'), '', false, '', ExpandConstant('{tmp}\arc.ini'), ExpandConstant('{app}'), False) then break;
if not ShowChangeDiskWindow ('Please Insert Disk 2 To Continue..', ExpandConstant('{src}'),'Setup-2.bin') then break;
if not ISArcExtract ( 0, 18, ExpandConstant('{src}\Setup-2.bin'), ExpandConstant('{app}'), '', false, '', ExpandConstant('{tmp}\arc.ini'), ExpandConstant('{app}'), False) then break;
if not ShowChangeDiskWindow ('Please Insert Disk 3 To Continue..', ExpandConstant('{src}'),'Setup-3.bin') then break;
if not ISArcExtract ( 0, 02, ExpandConstant('{src}\Setup-3.bin'), ExpandConstant('{app}'), '', false, '', ExpandConstant('{tmp}\arc.ini'), ExpandConstant('{app}'), False) then break;
