is there any way to change the language of the windows 7 maher version?

the language packs fail to install.

I guess it´s correct to ask this here since its the windows 7 support forum.

to uzku: send a pm to the specialist harkaz, I know he has tinkered with windows 7 local pack, (but not on maher's version). Maher or Ahmad use the english version, they dont need such packs.
